There's Life Beyond The Daily Grind
Life has a way of nudging us to pause, sometimes through big changes like divorce or illness, and for others it’s a lingering sense that something is off. These moments can feel overwhelming, but they’re also invitations to slow down and investigate what lies beneath the surface.
You are more than the sum of your experiences
After my own burnout, I stopped chasing quick fixes and started mapping the deeper patterns behind stress, emotion, and healing.
What I discovered is that while our lives are layered, the path forward doesn’t have to be confusing. Over the years, I’ve turned this exploration into Inner Alchemy — a grounded, teachable framework that helps you make sense of what’s shifting, reconnect with your strength, and step into the next era of your life with more clarity and ease.
A little bit witch, a little bit Zen, and fully dedicated to supporting people on their path to true emotional-spiritual and physical health.
Hi, I’m Lauren, a writer, teacher, and mentor in personal transformation. I’m also a Clinical Aromatherapist and holistic health coach who remembers life before the internet.
At 43, I’ve lived in five countries, been married more than once, raised teenagers, and worked with master teachers from around the world. I like to joke that I’m probably the reason a few people are in therapy, but only in the best possible way.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that the older I get, the less I know — and the more comfortable I am with that.
The thread running through everything I do is curiosity, embodied awareness, and the pursuit of meaningful connection in an increasingly disconnected world.
A little bit witch, a little bit Zen, and fully devoted to helping people find peace, freedom, and direction in their own lives.
While I can’t promise riches, true love, or eternal life, I can guarantee an interesting journey. You’re warmly invited to wander with me and see where the road takes you.
