Since the first wise woman burned herbs over a campfire many thousands of years ago, humanity has used aromatics to nurture their health, lift their spirits and connect to their communities. What is aromatherapy?

Holistic Aromatherapy is a holistic healing practice that uses natural plant extracts, known as essential oils, to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

 

Clinical Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils, based on scientific evidence, to support the treatment of specific medical and psychological conditions as part of a broader healthcare plan.
