A Session is a private Zoom appointment focused on one meaningful piece of your experience. We might explore an emotion, a recurring pattern, a question about identity, or something new asking to emerge.
You don’t need to choose a method, though I invite you to let me know if you have wishes. I may draw from coaching, embodied reflection, archetypes, energy work, or intuitive practices according to what you bring, and what we agree feels appropriate.

How it Works
- Send a short session request using the form below.
- I’ll reply within two working days with appointment options based on your provided info.
- Once we agree on a time, I’ll send you a secure Stripe payment link.
- Your session is confirmed when payment is received.
- A Zoom link for your session will be sent to the email provided.
- At that time I will also ask for your complete birth information to do calculations in advance of your session.
Contacting me does not guarantee or commit you to an appointment.
Policies & Boundaries
- Sessions are available to adults aged 18 and over.
- All sessions take place online via Zoom.
- Payment is required in advance and is non-refundable.
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session will be considered cancelled and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
- Sessions do not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal diagnosis, treatment, or advice.
- I do not offer crisis or emergency support. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, contact the appropriate emergency service in your location.
- Contact between sessions is limited to scheduling and practical matters. Personal guidance and support are provided during appointments only.
- I may decline a request that falls outside my scope, or end a session if continuing would be inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful.
- Respectful communication and conduct are required at all times.
